We were able to book a room at the Crestview Inn about 30 minutes before arriving, so we really appreciated the last-minute availability! Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly. Our room was clean, and they also offered breakfast in the morning. Our only issue was the temperature of the room when we arrived. In their defense, it was around 100 degrees outside, and they already had the AC running on high trying to cool the room down. It just took quite a while to get comfortable. Overall, it was a clean, convenient place to stay with friendly service. We would stay here again if we needed a place in the area.

We have paid less for better. Staff at check in and gate was great; room, not so much. Toilet has mold ring, not a stain, like it’s not been cleaned in weeks. Maybe no one has stayed in that room, but if it was my property I’d ensure it was checked and cleaned prior to a check-in if needed. TV in bedroom is tiny. Shower pressure was really low bc most of the water was running out the faucet. Bathroom floor looked like it was not swept/moped and we had one wash cloth for two people for two nights 3 days. More hand towels than two people would ever need. Lastly, and pretty important haha, coffee pot took over an hour to brew a pot of coffee, gurgled the entire time. We finally unplugged it and set up to start before we even got out of bed the second morning. There was no drinking glasses in cabinet, one wine glass and several coffee cups.

The property was really great. Close to attractions, shopping and dining but a car is necessary. There are steps to climb and getting to and from the 3rd level with luggage was a task. Also, the listing did not advertise additional charges for parking in the parking lot. That was disappointing and we felt like we were being milked for extra money because there is no place other than the parking lot to park.

From the moment that we walked in, we just felt at home. They set the tone with tranquil music, followed by pleasantly chic atmosphere. My favorite part of the day was a back porch where we could drink our coffee and enjoy the wildlife. Thank you so much for playing a crucial part in my amazing vacation. My children husband, and I will never forget the memories made!

Everything was good. Appliances appeared to be new. Furniture was very good. Cabin was very clean. Everything you would need for a weeks stay was there. Our 3rd time in this cabin and the 4th will be here as well.
